System Integration Team Leader
The system integration team is responsible for delivering system level features of our development and validation environments by integration of components developed in house as well as commercial SW. The team charter includes feature architecture review, integration planning, test planning and execution, failure analysis and debug and hot-fix to resolve system issues in short turn around. The system integration manager interacts closely with all development teams as well as users of the system and has a major impact on system definitions and design.
Requirements:
1. Technology BA/BSC
2. At least 5 years of hands on development experience in SW
3. Experience with development in a wide range of SW technologies
4. Strong failure analysis capabilities
5. Experience in System engineering and integration – an important advantage
6. QA background – an advantage
7. Leadership and/or managerial experience
8. A system approach and ability to work across technology and organizational boundaries
9. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
