• The client Executive will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination, HW and SW delivery, testing and support of Client system
• The client executive is responsible for ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget
• Cross management of varying company resources in order to meeting clients' requirements
• The client executive will be responsible for the financial control of a Client system
• The candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills
• The candidate must have technical background and skills
• Willing to travel 50%.
Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience managing Tier1 Clients in a Hi-tech company
• Strong English written and verbal communications skills
• Proven presentations and client facing skills
• Proven management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-learner & team player
• Great communication skills
Preferred Qualification
• Experience with Android/iOS/Blackberry/Symbian OS
• Experience in mobile systems and applications
• Experience with Windows and Linux platforms
• Experience with writing SQL queries
• Experience with web-server platforms, such as IIS, Apache, Squid, Nginx
• Experience with virtualization platforms
• Client/Server architecture
• Knowledge on 2G/3G/HSPA technologies and concepts
• Experience in GSM, UMTS, LTE
• Telecommunications protocols, such as SS7, GSM, GPRS, UMTS, UTRAN, H248, BICC, VoIP, SIP, RTP, etc.
