The technician role is to test, integrate and provide customer support for our systems and network related components.
Requirements• At least 1 year of experience as system support• Hands-on software troubleshooting experience• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining Hardware and Virtual servers and software• Familiarity with servers and firewall management• Ability to work with worldwide global customers and availability in non-traditional work hours• Working experience with relational database servers as SQL – Advantage• English speaking and writing in high level. Other languages – Advantage• Foreign passport – Advantage• Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
