• Industry experience – 5 years minimum
• Strong experience in Network troubleshooting and configuration (tcpdump, ethereal, etc.). – Must
• TCP/IP and advanced Network understanding (LDAP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP and authentication protocols)
• Experience in security – advantage.
• Network equipment configuration (Switch, Router, FW).
• Knowledge in Windows and Windows-based networks (Active Directory, domain management)
• Experience with Linux O/S – advantage.
• Experience with virtualization environments
• English – high level , written and verbal skills – mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Customer facing, hands-on, problem-solver character.
• Experience in Support and enterprise-customer interaction – Strong customer support attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in several interfaces in parallel.
• Ability to easily learn and apply new technologies. Ability to work independently.
• Works well with others. Team player with high level communication and interpersonakills
