• Industry experience – 5 years minimum• Strong experience in Network troubleshooting and configuration (tcpdump, ethereal, etc.). – Must• TCP/IP and advanced Network understanding (LDAP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP and authentication protocols)• Experience in security – advantage.• Network equipment configuration (Switch, Router, FW).• Knowledge in Windows and Windows-based networks (Active Directory, domain management)• Experience with Linux O/S – advantage.• Experience with virtualization environments• English – high level , written and verbal skills – mandatory• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.• Customer facing, hands-on, problem-solver character.• Experience in Support and enterprise-customer interaction – Strong customer support attitude.• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.• Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in several interfaces in parallel.• Ability to easily learn and apply new technologies. Ability to work independently.• Works well with others. Team player with high level communication and interpersonakills
