We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our growing Technical Support team and be a part of our R&D department.
Responsibilities:
● Tier 1-3 Technical Support – E2E ownership on Technical Support tickets – investigate, find and solve root cause.
● Manage production incidents on our websites and internal infrastructure – Identify issues severity and impact from a technical and business aspect. Own issue until resolution and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
● 24/7 Sites & Application Monitoring – R&D focal point overseeing all system monitoring and ensuring health check status is up.
● Reporting – Provide company stakeholders with periodic performance insights and reports.
Position Requirements:
● 2-3 years’ experience in technical support roles
● Strong ability to take ownership from initial report and follow through until full resolution and customer’s satisfaction
● Knowledge in web: HTML, CSS, JS etc
● Knowledge of SQL Scripting
● Basic knowledge of IT / Unix/Linux systems /Utilities
● Familiar with Google Adwords/Analytics/Webmaster tools – An advantage.
