Responsibilities:
• Lead technical support team of 2-4 employees
• Provide technical support, analyzing, diagnosing, troubleshooting customers problems
• Performs follow ups to customers issues
• Analyse logs and write and understand scripts/ code
• Lead workshop
• Take active part in Design Reviews
Requirements
• +2 years experience in managing global Tier 2-4 support team
• Ability to write scripts and review code (Ruby/ Java)
• Experience with SQL (such as MySQL RDS) and NoSQL databases (such as Redis, Cassandra)
• Experience with Linux environment
• Customer support orientation, excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with other teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
• Multi-tasking, self-learning, highly motivated
• High level English
• Ability to join on call 24×7 (with laptop)
• Ability to travel
• Immediate availability
