Job Descriptions:
• Writing technical and business documentation on company products and services.
• Deliverables include a range of documents to different target audiences (both technical and non-technical)
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), end users within the organization, and customers
• Support conservation and knowledge management
• Team orientation
Requirements
• English at mother tongue level
• Good working knowledge of Hebrew
• Experience working with Flare- Must
• 3 years hands-on technical writing and editing experience- Must.
• Technical Writer certification or course from a known establishment
• Ability to plan, design, research, write, and edit a range of documents
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to collect and interpret technical information
• High degree of computer literacy.
• Strong understanding of document structure formatting, styling, and template design
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with documenting large, complex, dynamic computer systems
Advantages:
• Understanding of databases (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2) and programming languages (e.g. Java)
• Background in Marketing Communications, experience with marketing materials
• Experience in insurance companies or systems
• Knowledge of document/content management systems
