The Territory Sales Manager role is accountable for sales results in the assigned territory (Israel plus potentially other EMEA countries), including achieving agreed revenue targets, establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships with key customers’ and partners’ executives, penetrating new accounts, and realizing new opportunities, ensuring customer care in the territory consistent with our standards.
The TSM will work in the field, visit prospects & customers, and generate new business opportunities at trade shows, seminars, and other
relevant events or via research, prospecting, and cold calling activities.
The existing customer base will be assigned (farming) alongside a new business quota to develop new accounts (hunting) and
to reach quarterly and annual sales targets
Experience:
5+ years complex sales experience in software or IT industry – mandatory
Consultative sales approach/value based selling
Proven track record in sales against quota Experience in hunting, prospecting, cold calling
Experience in managing accounts and relationships with technology companies in all sizes
Experience in building relationships with customers at management level
Experience in orchestrating deals internally and externally
Experience and willingness to work as a team
Excellent written and verbal skills, able to confidently present proposals
Market knowledge of the tech industry in Israel
Education:
University degree or equivalent essential
Fluent in English – mandatory
