Job Summary:
This role emphasizes establishing new relationships and generating revenue growth; responsibility for developing and executing action plans that will lead to successful signing of new business contracts.
The Business Development is a detail oriented, organized, committed and passionate professional driven to find new revenue for The company.
The candidate will help to drive revenue growth through effective leadership/relationship management, and value creation by leveraging the full capability of the overall S&M team. Analyze and understand market strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Successfully negotiate difficult and/or critical business matters in collaborative with senior executives both internally and externally.
Represent and provide market exposure for the company industry events & conferences.
Work with corporate marketing to identify suitable communication channels to best engage potential customers.
Create and lead demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the dynamics and workings of the new business process focusing on government and airlines.
Engage with market opinion leaders
Requirements:
5-8 years from global company’s experience as VP BD.
Dynamic builder of relationships with customers; track record of identifying new areas of opportunity; negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit.
Exceptionally articulate, attention to detail and effectiveness.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
English – Native
