The
ideal candidate will be responsible for the Business Development field of our communication solutions, and will work closely with the company
leadership, Product Management and C-level executives to own the business activities, craft go-to-market strategy, and drive sales opportunities and revenue growth of the product line
Responsibilities
· Own and lead the business activities for the product line
· Collaborate with Product Management, C-level executives and other stakeholders to form a comprehensive,
winning go-to-market strategy
· Work with Product Management to optimize the solution’s product-market fit
· Team up with the global sales organization to support the execution of the solution’s go-to-market strategy
· Own, monitor and report on the business plan %28strategy%29 execution
· Collaborate with a designated Product Marketing team to position the proposed solutions and
their value towards customer’s strategy, needs and direction
· Analyze customer’sbusiness needs and situation to identify new opportunities
· Develop account strategy; position company%27s capabilities in anticipation of customer’s
business strategy and needs
· Drive offering and response to customer’s key business requirements; improve and enhance proposition to end-customers
and develop long-term relationships with strategic partners
· Enroll account team, partners and internal company resources in defining and implementing account strategy
· Work with a designated Customer Success team to track and study market & customerneeds to help progress productcapabilities and features
· Clearly articulate and communicate product values and benefits internally towards Product and R&D functions
Minimum qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years’ experiencein business development in B2B SaaS companies – MUST
· Experience sellingAI technology productsand solutions – advantage
· Capable in developing work relationship with executives and C-level managers
· Strong people’s skills. Relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types
