Position Responsibilities
Work closely with R&D and Marketing – to reach new markets, segments, and customers’ engagements
Develop new markets and go-to-market strategies, including taking the lead in such planning
identify prospects, negotiate and close commercial agreements
Maximize networking opportunities by attending worldwide exhibitions and conferences to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts
Lead and take part in conferences & exhibitions abroad, including defining and managing demos
Frequent travel is expected
Qualifications
Relevant education in Engineering/ Computer science . MBA –a Major advantage.
5+ years of work experience in mobile applications (preferably with R&D orientation)
5+ years of work experience as Senior director / VP of BD in B2B mobile products
Experience in one or more of the following fields of application – High availability / Real time / Very large user base / Navigation / Shared or public transportation / Mapping / Big Data
Proven track record in business development penetrating new territories and new market segments, sales and marketing both directly and through agents and distributor channels
Solid leadership and project management skills
Professional fluency in English (oral and written) is a must
