Job Description
• Develop and implement WW go to market strategy
• Carry out market analysis and competitors research
• Create contact with key market stakeholders
• Manage relationships and communication with key influencers and opinion leaders
• Lead brand management
• Manage marketing communication
• Advise product development
• Direct clinical trials and outcomes to maximize market potential
• Organize attendance at key conferences and shows
• Establish relationships with global players
• Design and lead long term business development plan
• Identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of healthcare market/business development (or related) experience
• Experience in leading market entry of new medical devices
• Thorough knowledge and experience in US and WW markets
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty
• High degree of creativity, ability to envision business opportunity
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (required), fluent in multiple languages (preferred)
• Familiarity and experience with medical device regulations (preferred)
• Marketing, business development or related degree (required), with MBA (preferred)
