Responsibilities
• Partnerships strategy and results:
• Develop and implement the strategic vision and operating structure for partnerships.
• Execute overall partnership roadmap
• Drive meaningful impact on the company’s goals through meeting partnership targets for sales, customers and other goals set as relevant.
• Ownership of full deal lifecycle:
• Build internal business case, negotiate with new partners, and bring the deal to full completion.
• Maintain and grow partners within the existing portfolio.
• Demonstrated creativity in crafting mutual company and partner success.
• Grow existing strategic partnerships with companies like Oracle, SAP, IBM, Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Apple and other technology partners.
• Management team member and internal owner for partnerships:
• Create detailed business requirements and partnership models working with the CEO, legal and finance functions
Requirements
• B.A./B.SC. from a leading university; MBA a big plus
• Proven success of developing, structuring, negotiating and closing complex deals
• Excellent analytical and technical expertise to build strategies
• Experience developing high-impact partnerships
• Truly excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills
• Ability to understand software from a product perspective
• 5+ years experience leading business development or partnerships globally in the technology space. Be the best there is in the following: strategic management, business development, relationship management
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in identifying, negotiating and deal making with with technology partners. Be an absolute master at navigating complex organizational structures within major Tech companies and have a track record of closing meaningful, quantifiable partnerships
